Mom found Baccio! (Alonzis Italian Adventures- Day 3- Venice)

For our final full day in the beautiful city of Venice, we traveled to Murano and Burano. Our morning started with breakfast in the hotel before we caught a vaporreto to Murano. The first picture today was of our super cool experience at the glass shops- the owner let us come watch him blow the glass.

As we toured the city, we took lots of pictures, including this one. We found the scenery to be quite beautiful and even discovered a bell tower, seen in the picture below.
After,  we took the boat to Burano. We found gelato right away (don't worry, we had eaten lunch, pizza, and had a funny experience there. More about that later...) and began touring. If I could live in any place in the world, Burano might be close to the top of my list. I LOVE the colorful buildings!

Stopping for a quick drink at Bar Caffe Palmisano.
Dinner tonight was at Osteria Ristoteca, which was great! I had gnocchi with tomatoes, basil, and buffalo mozzarella. Mom had Frito Misto (assorted fishes), dad had Bolognese -AKA Ragu, and Nick had a hamburger.

Mom's quest to find Baccio gelato (chocolate hazelnut) was successful tonight. After three days of searching, we found it at GROM after dinner.
But wait, there's more... We also stopped at Nico's Gelato, one of mom's favorite places.
And to finish out the night, handstands..
